CATHOLIC SCHOOLGIRLS VS INBREEDS takes place deep in the Appalachian wilderness in 1972 when a bus carrying Catholic schoolgirl missionaries and their nun chaperone, Sister Lucy, becomes stranded in the foreboding woods of West Virginia. As dusk approaches, the travelers are cut off from civilization, isolated in a hostile terrain with the nearby forest harboring dark secrets: a clan of cannibalistic mountain men hellbent on destruction.

Grotesquely disfigured by generations of inbreeding, the mountain men have been driven to the brink of extinction by their own sterility. They must now hunt outsiders to fuel their gristly appetite for human flesh and dwindling prospects to revive their bloodline. Terrified and unprepared, the busload of young women must rely on Sister Lucy's stern guidance to survive their ordeal. As the clan of inbreeds launch a brutal attack, the girls are transformed from helpless innocents into fierce fighters pushed to the brink of endurance, betrayal, and madness. With the relentless inbreeds closing in, the ensuing battle turns the forest into a blood-soaked battleground where the line between predator and prey blurs, with each side fighting desperately to stay alive.
